In projects where equipment can be moved, Pad Sepahan, with its well-equipped industrial halls, fixed steam lines, industrial ventilation systems and controlled space, performs hot rubber lining with high precision in its factory. This process includes:
- Surface preparation with sandblasting up to Sa 2½ standard
- Digital moisture testing with calibrated devices
- Application of primer and special hot-curing adhesives
- Precise installation and shaping of rubber sheets according to the technical drawing
- Steam curing with a specified time and pressure
- Controlled cooling and final tests with Holiday Detector, hammer test and adhesion test.

 Pad Sepahan is able to use the following types of rubber compounds, depending on the type of material in contact, operating temperature and environmental conditions:
- NR: Excellent resistance to abrasion
- Neoprene (CR): Suitable for mild chemicals
- EPDM: Resistant to steam, resistant to strong acids, oxidation of hot water and UV rays 
- NBR: Suitable for oils and petroleum derivatives
- Butyl and Hypalon: Resistant to strong acids, oxidation and high temperatures
